| Horror fan? I'd consider myself a horror fan. The majority of the films I own are horror films and if a horror film came on telly I'd go out of my way to see it but when I check IMDB's top 50 I realise that I've not saw nearly enough
1. Psycho
2. Se7en
3. Alien
4. The Shining
5. Faust
6. Aliens
7. Jaws
8. Kabinett des Doktor Caligari, Das (The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari)
9. The Night of the Hunter
10. Bride of Frankenstein
11. Onibaba (Devil Woman/The Witch)
12. Young Frankenstein
13. Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (Nosferatu, a Symphony of Terror)
14. Frankenstein
15. King Kong
16. The Exorcist
17. Rosemary's Baby
18. The Unknown
19. The Thing
20. Batoru rowaiaru (Battle Royale)
21. Spoorloos (The Vanishing)
22. Shaun of the Dead
23. The Scarlet Claw
24. Invasion of the Body Snatchers
25. The Innocents
26. Testament des Dr. Mabuse, Das (The Testament of Dr. Mabuse)
27. Repulsion
28. The Others
29. Yeux sans visage, Les (Eyes Without A Face)
30. The Birds
31. Vargtimmen (Hour of the Wolf)
32. Freaks
33. What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
34. The Invisible Man
35. The Uninvited
36. Dawn of the Dead
37. Kaidan (Ghost Story)
38. Halloween
39. The Holy Mountain
40. Dead of Night
41. Night of the Living Dead
42. Peeping Tom
43. Evil Dead II
44. The Phantom of the Opera
45. The Haunting
46. Sherlock Holmes and the House of Fear
47. Locataire, Le (The Tenant)
48. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
49. Vampire Hunter D
50. The Picture of Dorian Gray
I've seen: Se7en; Alien; Aliens; Jaws; Young Frankenstein; Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens; The Exorcist; The Thing; Batoru rowaiaru (Battle Royale); Shaun of the Dead; The Others; The Birds; Dawn of the Dead; Peeping Tom and Evil Dead II. That's 15. 35 to go. If anyone can loan me any of the others I'd be much obliged. If anyone else fancies going through them all and wants to swap or get together and watch them give me a shout.

Reason: taking out a picture of me dropping a toley on Stew's head. Seemed a bit pointless in the end

| Re: Horror fan? Well I assume, in the case of Shaun of the Dead and Young Frankenstein, it's allowing comedy/horror into the mix

| Re: Horror fan? Yas! Seen them all. Some fantastic classics in there.
Try and see all the others Mick, not necessarily your modern day all singing etc etc movies but for their time utter classics. Night of the Hunter is absolutely braw! |

| Re: Horror fan? Good list. I'd recommend checking out some Dario Argento -- like Deep Red (Profondo Rosso) and Suspiria in particular. Very Hitchcock, except Italian and far gorier. |
