I'd prefer it if the stuck with a solo Joker, rather than potentially bogging it down with toomany villians, and while the penguin is generally a bit rubbish, his "merciless crime boss" incarnation is quite good, certainly when compared to his "slightly crap bird-obsessed nut who shouts "waugh" all the time" incarnation.
They should do Black Mask at some point, I liked what the comic did with him in the aftermath of "Hush" Quote: |

I will admit i initially balked at the notion of ledger playing the part but the more i think about it he could possibly pull it off. he would need to do something really special to get out from under jack nicolson's shadow | |

The big question though - will we see Dent become Two-Face in Knight? "Yeah... Well, I'm Harvey Dent ... then I go into Harvey Two-Face".
Also, one question posed lately - will The Scarecrow return to Gotham City in 'Knight'? "I can't comment on that" said "Begins" star Cillian Murphy
