Revolutions Per Minute is a Skid Row album, but a Skid Row album without Sebastian Bach, instead there's a guy called Johnny Solinger who sounds more or less the same.
This album is a mix of 80s hair metal, big surprise, alongside some tougher fare like
Disease that resembles Warrior Soul in their dying dumb days.
Elsewhere there's a sort of ragged power pop feel as on
Pulling My Heart From Under Me but for the most part it's dicks, chicks and trailer trash.
Big fucking deal.
Maybe you'll buy this if you like Buckcherry, but you'd be better off with one of their earlier records if you're really desperate. And if you're really desperate buy some Bullet Boys.
Revolutions Per Minute then, not awful, just pointless.
Out on the 23rd of October,
