The Holloways - Dancefloor
The Holloways bash out Dancefloor, taken from their great album So This Is Great Britain?. An ode to good nights out but smart with it, Dancefloor weaves a little tale over its peppy guitars.
This is rather nifty pogo fun. Admittedly this is rather the story telling crash n' slash that's in vogue with the youth of today but that doesn't make it bad. Or wrong. Think early Supergrass if they'd played Jam covers and you're in the right sort of area.
Infectious, fun rock n' roll, played with care free abandon.
note also that they are steadily building a reputation as a brilliant live band, and from having seen them myself 3 weeks ago, i would agree with the trend. clearly you have bollocks for brains i am blip. feel free to go rape and pillage yourself.
