Drive-By Argument - Sex Lines Are Expensive Comedy

Drive-By Argument are a band from Ayrshire that were formed as part of a university project. To me that says it all.

Don't get me wrong they are quite good at what they do but with the charts full of tracks like this new single they just don't stand out. Their Myspace pages list band after band that influenced them but going by Sex Lines Are Expensive Comedy they just decided to play what’s selling in the charts. I just don't get it.

In saying that the B-side Dennistoun's That Way is a cracker and if they have anymore like that I'd maybe listen a bit closer to the crap they peddle in case a few more gems like that crop up.

There's Nothing More Epic Than Golden Axe (video on their myspace) n Lower Your Peices are two other great songs =]

great live, really move the audience seen them 4 times =]

they also dropped out of university fairly soon after forming. to me that says more.

The barfly are pissing their pants all over the "greatness" of this band. To me, this says more than anything else.

I think i'm gong to be in the Video for this. It was filmed at our club the other night. After that i took the Guitarist to the Casino,but in true rock spirit he was skint and went home.
