No this won't do it. It's only got the one stereo input (2 mono channels). You'll struggle to find somethingthat does what you're asking for 155 quid.

Remember that when a device says it has, say 10 inputs, they're not usually all mic inputs. There's usually digital ins/outs and phono ins/outs which aren't much use for recording mics unless you buy some more gear.
What you're basically looking for is a USB audio interface with more than one input. You dom't necessarily have to have a mixer for what you are trying to achieve.
Also, remember that certain mics (condensers) will require phantom power so check that the interface you get has this.
If you plan to use pro tools at all make sure you get an M-audio interface as only they are compatible with protools (m-powered).
