Having said that, my Mesa sounds scary when you turn the dirt up. Actually too much dirt for any normal purpose.

despite what i may have said in earlier posts i`m firmly back in the `valve amp cranked up` ballpark these days. bought a peavey JSX headI've had loads of great pedals over the years (even have one I got custom made for me), but you can't beat the sound of a good valve amp having the tits cranked off it.

Its long gone from both our camps now.
You can get them really cheap now compared to what they were when I bought it new. It didn't work all that well in the loop of my amp although its probably just my amp to blame. It was just rather cumbersome and a pain in tits to cart around. I didn't quite like the fact I couldn't have modulation and delay at same time, it is very limited in what it can do. Sounds nice though - good quality.
I'd take a step up from it if I were you... maybe a G-Major or a Nova system.
If its just Delay maybe the Nova pedal would be a good idea or a Eventide Time Factor if you got money to burn.

yes the g-sharp has gone i`m afraid...sounded ok but ot very flexable, great if you have an amp without onboard reverb mind you
