£1000 is a bit steep, how did you hear about them Monkey Star? Have you seen one irl?
The quality (at least in the 60s) sounds top class, apparently they cost twice as much as Strats. I'm now dying to see the Double Neck that Hendrix used on Spanish Castle Magic but no joy on Google. I didn't even know he ever played a double neck. All I can see are these two, second one is lovely. Turns out it is the first one that Hendrix used on Spanish Castle, the Joe Maphis model. I added a pic of it in colour, very nice.

| Re: Mosrite Guitars Oohhh that would be a drawback, although it doesn't make sense considering how much they spent on them, how could they end up with crap pups

Axelord/Mustang (BRDS/Holy Mountain) has one and it sounds great. |

| Re: Mosrite Guitars Ok I didn't know they were Swedish but it still sounds American. Didn't know there was a Scandinavian rock n roll sound.
Where are this band Demons from? Pity about the quality but it sounds like a brilliant gig
