I'm looking at a paiste Ride my drummer in the band reccomended, but it'll be a few weeks before I can splash the cash on that and a new stand
I'm concentrating on hi-hat stuff as much as I can in the meantime |

| Re: Right, Mon, Pics of Your Kit. hi hat is the one thing i find i really need to practice on a high hat - the feel isn't right for little double beat subtleties on anything else. i practise with pads on my toms and cymbals, but hi hat has to be au naturelle

| Re: Right, Mon, Pics of Your Kit. Here's my TD3, Marie thinks it fucks up the living room somewhat, so I've included my Christmas tree in the shot to make the pic look all homey and festive rather than like the set of a terminator movie with metalwork and cables everywhere
