I got a video and sound working, but some how the video is going at abour 5x the speed, while the music stays the same

I've managed to save the audio track from my video, but the video itself just seems to run acouple of frames to fast no matter what I record with, so it's annoying as fuck.

cheers! yeah that was my webcam though the sound might be a bit dodgy because its the mic on the cam i used.
