Never felt cheap about sleeping around before...in fact probably the opposite...
As long as two (or so) horny people are happy to have consensual sex AND are gonna be adult enough to still be talking to each other afterwards then I see no problem... |

I realised that when you get that close to someone, there's always a connection left. I'll never sleep with a girl unless I'm dating them now. | |

| Never said I had a problem with the concept of sleeping around Jamie. I sure don't have any regrets about what I've done in my life. But I did decide to stop at some point, and I did reach the point where I felt what I was doing had become meaningless (for want of a better word, cheap). That was pretty much the point where I stopped enjoying it and therefore stopped doing it.
Hope that clarifies what I meant a little.
I just felt that I had taken it too far, and wanted to try behaving differently.
Never said I stopped completely or that I wouldn't do it again. In principle, consensual sex is always going to be a good thing.

I spent 3 years in a heavy relationship and was uncerimoniously dumped a mere 3 days after i put down a deposit on a nice expensive ring. After being dumped I went to the shop and managed to get my deposit back which i spent on lots and lots of the strongest alcohol i could get, spent 3 months drinking, became agarophobic for a while, got put on A.D's, sorted part of my head out, became a bit of a slapper and eventually had to leave Glasgow for 6 months to avoid all the drinking and clubbing.

| Dude, thats a sad story. You deserve a nice girl to share the megaphone with!!! I only learned to try and not fuck with peoples emotions cause I got burned myself. It's a hard thing to do though. I've been duped by the "it's only casual sex, it won't mean anything" line before aswell.

I was always fine. I honestly think I was a bit of an arsehole for a year or so.
Feh. Lessons learned and all that, much like Gill was saying.
Sometimes I don't think I've learned as much as I should have. But at least these days I'm aware of what I'm doing, to myself and to others, and feel that I'm always making decisions rather than just letting things happen.
