There's usually someone in Fury's between noon and 2 on weekdays, and obviously Wed - Sun from about half past nine - ten PM.
Just bang the door, and ask for flyers.

Nope.
I had nothing to do with it, nor have claimed to have anything to do with flyering since Privilege.
I think what you have are a bunch of folk getting cheap entry every week, and maybe putting a handful down in Flip and Avalanche once a fortnight.
Maybe I'm just a cynic though.
I think it's thoroughly shite of folk to say they'll help, then do fuck all.
In saying that I've no doubt some folk flyer, but only a fraction of the folk who claim to.

Fair enough.
That's what I'm talking about, though - While I greatly appreciate the people who DO offer to help, I'd rather folk didn't offer at all, than offer then fuck me about and not bother their arses.
You'll note that the folk that I know HAVE helped out, I've sorted with freebies when I can ( Pete's had the odd Deftones CD, I've put a few folk on various gig guesties etc. ) so it's not just free entry to the club that people get for helping.
Some bugger had the fucking hceek to drop a pile of flyers RIGHT OUTSIDE THE CLUB a few weeks back!

^ Tell that to the management! They're not too happy with numbers right now.
Never bloody are, are they? No matter what venue I'm in!
As for posters - I've done a few runs of B&W ones, but colour ones are WAY outwith my price range for now - and there's no way I could convince the club to plough more money into the night until we at least double the numbers as is.
If I bring some more B&W ones along, would any of you lot like to please grab some and stick them up where you can?

The impression I was under was that Fury's doesn't really get any busier than New Flesh.
Plus - if it gets busier, where are the folk going to go?
It "feels" busy most of the time.

Scapey, I do apologise for not picking up the flyers this time. Ended up pished as a fart and hurrying to get into heathers car.
And Id tend to agree, Numbers have been improving, altho last week was dead. They few weeks before that were packed though I can remember it being busy as fuck.

My girlfriend works mainly on a Wednesday so I doubt she will let me out of ma cagee to come to New Flesh. Until then I will need to be under lock and key
