They didn't pin me down and force me. But they get the blame!
I wanted my vertical lip done again, or maybe my septum, or my other nostril....but alas, due to piercings not being allowed in work (or only having retainers in existing ones) I had to get my hood pierced 
Got it done at GPS and it was a bit sore  Bus ride home was a pure laugh, as was Saturday night at the Catty. YUS.
It's quite lovely. I'll possibly post a picture when it's more healed and I become less modest about flashing my fanny.

the novelty i found wears off after about a week or two and then it just gets in the way (or maybe this was just mine)
most overrated piercing I ever retired. They still look pretty though
did you do the mental thing I did first of worrying about what the underwear etiquette was for getting it though? I think I was more stressed about this than the actual piercing. (ie do you go wearing no pants, or nice pants, and do you just whip them off or be shy about it!) | |

I used to want one years ago but I'm totally not cool with the idea of something constantly rubbing against a sensitive part of me, thus making it unsensitive over time. That and every time I've wanted one I've been going out with someone and not wanted to get my bits out to a stranger.

Worst piercing ever. When your signifcant other looks up at you in fear because it fell out into his mouth and your automatic reaction is "shit he's ripped it right out", then you'll understand. That and after about a week bus journeys cease to be fun and become a fucking nightmare. | |

This is so funny because it's true!!!!! I went with pants (nice ones...new ones) and Rachel was awesome about it.
Just "I'll go behind the screen and ye can whip yer kecks off" basically. LOL. But I was definitely more worried about the etiquette than having a needle coming into contact with my intimate area.
I didn't get it for sex reasons I just got it done because I think it looks pretty!
