isnt that one of the states that was trying to ban pornography but then it was revealed that 7/10 house holds had subscriptions to porn channels?
i read somewhere that police can break in to your house and arest you for going down on your spouse if they have proof..... id think no but i wouldnt want to put it past.

yeh, i think there are one or two states that ban tattooing - just means people will go to underground, unmonitored places and get HIV or Hepititis from it....lovely
i don't thinki the oral sex ban allows the police to break in to houses, but it is most commonly used in divorce cases and child custody

I know a guy that runs a tattoo, piercing, branding and scarification parlour in Oklahoma, where tattooing is illegal. Thing is, the state defines tattooing as an irreversible process, and he says "look, what I'm doing can be undone with laser surgery" and they can't touch him for it. Also, he has a big 'no weapons or radios allowed inside' sign on the door, which means that the cops there don't even bother going in any more.
It's a really stupid law, but there are ways around it.
