for anyone who doesn't know me and doesn't know my opinions on underage tattooing and piercing - sebb is *joking*. tattoos and below neck piercings are not something taken lightly by the law if they are performed on minors. don't jeopardise someones career or liberty - wait until you're legally old enough.
