i would go with nivana, but thats because i do, john has done all my genital work and almost everything else.

as for the procedure.

cleaned up and stuff as usual, a receiving tube is inserted into the urethra. pierced on one side of the frenum based on your anatomy, from the outside in. then jewllery is fed through the canula as normal.

usualy pierced at 2.4 with a Ti ring but you may be able to get it at 3.2 is you ask nicely.

healing, you will probably bleed when you get it done, and the same for the first few nights as you get errect during sleep. clean with warm saline as you would anyting else. bleeding stoped for me after 3 days, others is one, some dont bleed much at all.

i had sex after about 3 week, need to use a condom for the first few times, to make sure you don't get an infection. once it's healed and secure you can drop that.

started stretching after about 3 months about one step every 4 weeks. it's so easy to stretch because the tissue is so soft. i'm going up to 6mm in a few weeks.

Surely only after you are aware of your partner's sexual history. No spreding STIs please kids

Hrmm, odd, it was John that did mine, and it was from inside out.
didnt get much bleeding at all afterwards, though i did have a rubber glove taped to my cock just in case. Unsticking that from my pubes to go take a piss was probably the most painful part of the whole procedure.
I was out the next night at the catty dancing about as normal pretty much, if memory serves as well..
Just dont be tempted to take the ring out to get all the crusty bits of blood off it 3 days later, and while itsout decide cracking off is a great idea unless you want to be firing blood like lazer beams out your pisshole '

I didnt even need the stretcher to go up to 5mm, as it was loose enough already, haven't bothered getting it any larger snce though.

yea after 3mm i found the weight of the jewllery was enough to stretch it.

i've got mine out about half the time just now though because it's just stretching too much.

(he may have went inside out actualy... i didn't watch that, always presumed since he put a receiving tube in it would have made more sense that way, and also avoids hitting the frenum...)

I asked if they used a recieving tube, he said no, he went from the inside out, contrary to how i'd read it was generally performed. Could be down to individual anatomy as well, apparantly i have a really large urehtra and loose foreskin '

Still really need to get a new ring for mine, i've taken it ot with improper pliers far too often and it's all rough around the inside and keeps getting sore as a result.

for that exact reason everything after the inital one has been a circular barbell. easy to take out whenever i need to.

I have, but he wasn't that great anyway, so i'm a tad jaded about the piercing in general

Varies. One lass loved it, another harldy noticed, another found it uncomfortable from certain positions.
