Starka Bar in Motherwell, home to the Soundgarden live music nights will re-open today, Friday 12th September. The pub was closed suddenly last Thursday leading to the cancellation of a gig featuring Degrassi and The Aphrodisiacs. After resolving various licence problems and making slight alterations to the interior the owners of Starka Bar are ready to re-open.

The gig scheduled for this Sunday, featuring Lapsus Linguae, The Aphrodisiacs and Reasons For The Insanity may go ahead, although I'm still waiting on confirmation from Iain.
