| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? This might sound like a daft question as its called "rockgarden" but hey, it's in airdrie and anything that you think might end up bein rock just simply NEVER is, even the closest thing we had in the post has turned to shit lately, but anyway do they play rock music ala rufus style or is it yer oasis pish n some dodgy live shite???

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? I go to the Post all the time. The jukebox has got some good tunes but the overall atmosphere is shiiiiite. Maybe it's just the people I hang about with. |

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? the post is alright, I mean the jukebox isn't amazing or anything but there are a few good tunes on it, but sometimes you have to sit through some amount of pish to get the songs you picked. usually go in with a few mates for a drink before heading into catty.

I have an 8 year old son that types better English than you do
Do you work for Sneaky's incidentally because your e-mail address gives the distinct impression that you do.
Are you a troll?

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? been to sneakys once myself was opening week and a bit quiet but the tunes were damn fine the DJ had most of what we asked for and we have weird tastes and any he didn't have he said he'd try to get sorted for us - I din't make it to the tribute gig but i heard it was good and any gigs I put on there will also be good - I don't stand for crap sound when i'm engineering - If anyone has any doubts, I'll be putting on a couple of bands there soon i'll post the dayes and you can come along and see what you think - remember that any gig is only as good as the atmosphere and thats down to the crowd - but the place is just starting out I think it could be what airdrie needs cos like you say the post is crap has been for about 8 years in my opinion and theres nowhere else in airdrie thats any good |

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? I shall defo attend your gigs and hope that Sneakys does take off as somewhere us alternative creatures can enjoy a gig, like The Post used to be before the neds invaded it. I just live a ten minute walk from the town centre and could use somewhere I can just nip into for a relaxing pint and some good music

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? Yeh me too, live pretty much next to Airdrie Train Station so a rock place so close to home would be highly entertaining. 'Mon the Airdrie-Rock-Posse. |

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? Right folks my first go at promoting a band in the Rock Gardens on fri the excellent Ripley will be playing along with culpa beats - still waiting on confirmation of a couple of other bands - bring your mates and lets give an atmosphere to an airdrie club - if we get the door numbers up then we'll all benifit - think of it a good busy club on our own doorstep no more night bus home from glasgow- plus it makes me look good if its busy lol
seriously tho Ripley are a damn fine band and if we can get the sleeping prophets to play (in advance of their tuts gig) you will be in for a treat
Ps if anyone wants to play sneakys get in touch and i'll have a word with the management and see if we can put you on remember just need to bring amps and i'll bring the rest drunmkit full PA desk and good monitoring |

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? Ive been on a friday few times always dead think most at a time been bout 12 people, as for tunes lot of shity 70's 80's rock but hey id rather sit through that than other options Diamonds, The Edge, etc,.
Saturday only been once on a sat quite busy and they played a slayer track now nowhere else is gona play slayer so for me unless ive got cash to go to cathouse just gona go there from now on plus the fact its local and if not so much cash still somewhere half decent to go.
Biggest complaint they bludy ultraviolet light things i say dont belong in a rock club get rid of them |

| Re: Airdrie-Sneakys Rockgarden? Its pretty good, other than the fact that the dj has the mixer too high and everything sounds like the chipmunks ( ive been twice and this was the case on both occasions)
