| Re: Musings I was walking the boys down to the childminders and it hit me that i actually didn't want to leave them there, however we're getting the flat valued tomorrow so I still have loads to do and having them in the house would mean i wouldn't get a quarter done of what i would get done if i was on my own so i had to leave them. but it makes me feel good about them being home fulltime in a couple of weeks. |

| Re: Musings Slightly o/t but do you have to pay to have your flat valued? I'm not really thinking seriously about selling but would like to know how much my flat is worth. Just so I know. |

Just so I know. | Estate Agents will do a market valuation for free to try and court business, if you want a proper valuation you'll need to pay around £135 for it (actual price depends on your property value) |

| Re: Musings A market valuation might suit what I'm looking for just now. I just wat a general idea. The bint above me is selling her flat for 60k and hers is considerably smaller than mines.

| Re: Musings Hmmm...I may have come to a decision. Think that once the baby's born and I'm finished my maternity leave, I'll go down to 3 days a week at work. Means we're better off finacially, even though I'll only be getting 3/5 of my salary. How is it that working less is better for you that working full time and putting two kids in childcare? It's shite when the parent in question (ie, me) actually wants to work full time.

| Re: Musings Okay well I just lost it with the boys, I came through to living room to find it literally covered in juice. i am so fed up with them both spilling juice all over the place I just lost it at Lewis (the juice spiller) and put him in a time out, and then ranted at Andrew (innocent bystander) about how badly behaved they both are. I'm a horrible mummy |
