| As Easy As Riding a Bike Trying ti teach Connor to ride his bike and to be frank, it's bloody murder. He's such a wuss - he won't go fast as he might fall off despite the stabilisers and therefore isn't getting any momentum or balance and keeps nearly falling off. And I'm not good with patience! |

| Re: As Easy As Riding a Bike How old is he? He's not a wuss, he's just a wee boy Good luck with it though, it's all worth it in the end to see their wee faces when they get it. Also, prepare yourself for a good few trips to the A&E department in the next few months. |

#7 | | Guest | Re: As Easy As Riding a Bike I taught me cousin to ride his bike, I spent a lot of time holding the back of his seat and running along with him. We continued that when stablisers came off and encouraged him just to go for wee tiny distances at a time, he got the hang of it real quick, didn't even notice when I had started letting go of his seat. | |

I might need her to teach me again if I ever decided to do it again which I might do when Doone starts such activities. |

Think it'll wash? | Just make sure you film it... I'm sure someone would pay good money for it...

I remember doing that on a big hill in Strathy Park. My Dad was pure annoyed, he thought he'd raised a braver girl than that. |
