FAO folks with kids under 4 years old

Found this. Healthy start program. A goverment program giving parents vouchers for fresh produce/healthy food/ect for their kids to get them off on the right foot. Might be of use to someone.

"Do I qualify for Healthy Start?

You qualify for Healthy Start if you're pregnant or have a child under four years old AND:

* you or your family get Income Support, or
* you or your family get income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, or
* you or your family get Child Tax Credit (but not Working Tax Credit) and have an annual family income of below £14,495 or less

OR:

* you're pregnant and under 18 years of age"

More info at the website *here*
