| Agility I wanna teach Chloe and Robbie some agility tricks.
They'd both love it I reckon (Penny I dont see taking to it at all), but I'm not too interested in getting them involved in a competitive sense, in fact, I'd rather it wasnt competitive - more just for their fun and enjoyment
My friends mates collie won agility prizes in crufts last year and is just amazing
anyone here do advanced obedience or agility with their dogs??

| Re: Agility Haven’t given it a go yet, but I know a really good dog trainer who has recently set up on his own and offers agility practice as one of his classes. One to one tuition, bit of fun, etc. He’s a fair way outside of Glasgow though.

| Re: Agility yeah? wheres he based?
see the thing is i was advised not to think about the jumping parts of it for Chloe until she was a year to 18 months old (cos shes a lab, and to prevent that kinda impact on her joints whilst theyre still forming) and I'd love to take her and Robbie to a class, but just dont want it to be in a competitive ring, but also dont know how long I'd be able to commit to a class long term, due to personal circumstances going on at the moment.
really interested tho if you wouldnt mind pming me his details?
thanks

| Re: Agility I’ve got his card at home, will dig it out for you later. Or Jen can, if she sees this. He’s dead good, ran our clicker training classes at the Dogs Trust before going solo. We’ll probably take Riley out to see him for some agility or flyball sometime next year.

| Re: Agility cool
i dont really do clicker training but have had chloe at training classes when she was younger and she got on really well there and responded really well to them
do you know if the agility classes are based on clicker training though?

| Re: Agility I'll post it here, since it's business number. George 07795 383 327. He does agility, behaviour, clicker and training, but it is somewhere in Ayrshire I believe.
