The second is quite nice too and is shadowed ONLY because they first one was SO wonderful. The only minor nit pick, tiny issue is the vignetting in the upper left. But, that's a tiny little thing.
Do you have camera/EXIF data onthese? | Thank you. EXIF data is here and here. They've both been tweaked a fair bit, but the sky in the first one's a lot closer to how it came out of the camera than in the second one. Twilight + long exposure + white balance set to fluorescent light = nice purple skies.
And I meant to fix that corner and I bloody forgot.

| Re: Photo-A-Day III I went to Balitmore for New Years (some of you got Balitmore Fireworks shots as comments on your "MySpace" page if I've got you as a friend). Some friends and I went to eat dinner at a place called Sabatino's in Little Italy and since we were early we walked on down to the Power Plant and I snapped a quick shot.
1.6sec F9 20mm
It started raining again during dinner and let up just at midnight. We watched the fireworks from Little Italy and had to deal with a building blocking the view. Oh well. It started raining again before the show was over so I'm glad not to of had to hike all around the inner harbor in the rain with all my gear.
2sec F9 110mm
Happy New Year! |

More fun with tricking the camera into taking double exposures. Quite chuffed I managed to catch Kelvingrove at all since you can't use the viewfinder while it's exposing. I need to make a wee crosshairs or something.

I would of probably framed it slightly differently - the black at the top and left side bug me slightly, but i'm a right nit-picker...

| Re: Photo-A-Day III Can't quite remember. It was quite long. I held my breath and snapped it.
I also grabbed this one at Port Glasgow:
Although, I don't think I like it anymore.
