    I couldnt make it today as my match had been brought forward from 3pm to 1pm I was gonna come down afterwards but decided against it.
    I shall hopefully be down on Tuesday and Thursday.

    Question for you Jushin.
    Where you there on Thursday night?

    I was quite impressed by the whole set up and some of the trainees who where there working out moves and holds for their matches.
    I am a Big Cunt true enough but not in a tall sense.

    I enjoyed the training today even though out of the 6 bumps I took I fucked them all up and kept banging my head but hey what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger.
    Going away to play football knackered me but I shall be back again.

    Hopefully the training gets me fit which is my main aim anything else is a bonus.
