Ignoring the retarded part of that post, the question still stands. |

| Re: QMU Entry Policy Well given that the QM has R.O.A.R you could pretty much do that to anyone who wasn't a member...

| Re: QMU Entry Policy As a Private Members Club, admission can be refused to anyone, even if they are a member. A Member, however, would have a slightly greater right of redress if they felt the refusal was not warranted.
The reciprocal agreement system basically has one requirement: that the institution in question can afford the same privilege to our members. If the institution in question doesn't have licensed premises, then there is no reciprocity.
Most technical colleges and the like lack licenses, so they aren't eligible. The situation becomes more complicated when you bring in foreign universities. I think (but couldn't swear to it) that we accept the International Student Card as photo-ID, but not for reciprocal entry. If someone has ID from a US University there'd be a question raised because drinking age is 21.
It'll likely get knocked about at the next Board Meeting, and I'm sure Gill will cover the issue in Board Training. |

| Re: QMU Entry Policy Is there a list of the universities/colleges whose students are able to get into the QM? And by that I mean one that we can all see.
According to the QMU website, the GUU is the only one |

| Re: QMU Entry Policy There's not a definite list constructed (yet?) I'm afraid, but you can be sure that if the university you're a student in has a union in it which sells alcohol, you're pretty safe. |
