There'd be a foam party one night, I'd transport all the Slimelight Dj's and interior up for one night only and have caged dancers and fire eaters, hybrid would be forced to play a gig.I'd pay to have a barber give half the emo kids free haircuts, free absinth for all and instead of using the stairs you'd have to exit the building in one of those jumbo inflatible slide things you get for aeroplanes.

Qudos would also be turned into one gigantic ball pit. just because i could.

But for the building, between 3 and 4 million quid I'd guess based on the (very few) even remotely comparable properties I've seen anywhere nearby. Dowanhill Tennis Club is rumoured to be going for about £5M (though that seems high to me) and the QM site is a little smaller plus there'd be a beast of a demolition to use the site for anything else.

As a business, a similar figure I imagine based on revenues/assets.

Qudos would also be turned into one gigantic ball pit.

I got stuck in a ball pit in Qudos one time, with the then Asst Hon Sec. It was twenty minutes before someone found us and dragged us out by the ankles

Buy a polar bear, and then hire the best animal trainers in the world to make it totally docile. Then I'd put it in Qudos, so whenever I'm feeling lonely I could go up and hug it and fall asleep in its big soft arms.


It's not a pervy thing or anything. They just look really soft.
