| Committees, anyone? Does anyone else think there should be a space for threads about the committees? A wee bit more advertising for the committees will never hurt. And it might be a good way for people to leave suggestions for the committees, if they can't make it to the meetings, or are scared of groups of more than 4 people, or can't leave the flat during daytime hours.
Incidentally, I reckon that the first campaign of the year should be an environmental one; check this out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=embc54FYN2g |

| Re: Committees, anyone? Hmmm. Too many subforums would probably be as bad as too few, but it might be worth thinking about one for each club night & one for each committee. There's already FW & Social so it just mean adding Campaigns, Ents, Publications…
Thougts?

| Re: Committees, anyone? I don't see why not. Perhaps it would be better asking the actual convenors if they feel it would be of use to them? |

| Get thee self to the SRC then They've been doing big things as far as environmental campaigns goes over the past years and I'm pretty sure they've created an Environmental Sub-Committe.
Spoonie can probably recall more of the details then I can. |

| Re: Committees, anyone? certainly the old Qmunity site had FAQ's. But I remember that the Social one was never ever updated after I originally posted it...
I'm not entirely convinved that 'net forums are the best way to encourage people to come to the actual committe but they certainly do generate a lot of the things the committe discusses. |

| Re: Committees, anyone? Well Ents already has the forums for the club-nights. I don't think there is much point of creating forums just for the sake of it. If someone has something to say, there is plenty of space in the main forum.
Also, http://www.qmu.org.uk/getinvolved - Will be updated during the year with Convenor/Committee related activities. |
