Subcity Radio show application now open.

Applications for show on Glasgow University's Subcity Radio are now open. The form can be found here.

You don't have to be a Glasgow Uni student to apply so fill out a form if you're interested in getting a show. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange auditions etc. so we can get the internet broadcast up and running asap. Try and give us as much info as possible, it'll help us going through the applications and increases your chance of getting a show.

We're looking for the most diverse of specialist shows so don't be afraid if you want to do a show on Russian hip-hop or the Indian metal scene, there's a potential slot for anything.

I'd love to do something like this but I can barely talk to small groups of randoms without getting dead nervous and tripping over all my words.

The good thing about radio is that you don't feel like your talking to a large group of people, the standard practice is to address you audience as an individual. Go on apply for a show, I'll give me something to do.
