QMU Extraordinary General Meeting - TODAY 4:30pm

Just a reminder:

On Friday 2nd February 2007 at 4:30pm in Qudos, the QM Union will be hosting an Extraordinary General Meeting of members of the Union.

The purpose of the meeting is to ratify proposed changes to the Union’s Constitution, Bye-Laws and Policy regarding the structure and function of the Board of Management.

The meeting is open to all QM Union members and everyone who attends and stays to the end will get a free drink for their time.

If you ever wanted to have a direct say in how your Union is run then this is your chance. Every member attending has the right to vote on any proposals put forward. It will be an excellent opportunity to interact with the students you elected to represent your views. Who knows, maybe you’ll even get a chance to beat them in a game of pool afterwards!

Bugger, ah well. It was just a reminder anyway.
