If you get them neutered, which you should anyway, they don't smell any worse than any pet. Keep them in a HAUGE cage (or if you have the space a room of their own), change their bedding regularly (we have 4 in one hutch so they get a clean blanky every few days) and clean them out at least once a day. You can give them a bath if they sart to whiff, ours usually get baths once amonth or so, right im off to write a ferret guide! | |
