anniesland were rough, i was sent there as a spotter one night for the close, they put me on the dive all night the bastards. we had top boys in maryhill and trongate that night as well, the reason? for some stupid fucking reason we had a christmas night out in bearsden town hall with those 3 McD's plus my own. naturally there were 4 different parties going on in the hall with only the occaional greasy slapper breaking ranks to 'nip' some guy from another mcds. needless to say right at the end of the night it kicked off big time and the police arrived.

true story that, and so is this, on the same night i took a bottle of laxitives and stuck them in one of my managers drinks, he drank half of it before realising the funny taste. he didnt shite himself but.

I appreciate this is an old thread but i need to say i'm sure i served Danny Dyer a Big Mac meal with a side cheesy balls (Italian menu) with a free cheesburger - even tho he didn't have a student card. This is was back in the late 90s partick McDs, were ARCHIE was stripped and dived by 10pm and the mustard container was dived and put away by 9.

Partick McDs was were it was at. There was once an arranged square go between Sainsburies in the car park after the close due to trollies blocking up drive through. T-bne flattend the Sainsburies staff and won him self a years supply of big mac sauce for his breaks.

Partick was so fucked that half the staff were tapping money out the tills. This was back in the days when you could put through a 5p flake and pretend to be taking the order on the till and just keep all the moeny.

Did a shift in Bellshill, mind you. Rough as fuck up there. The store manager was so greasy she used a bacon rasher as a plaster!!

Fuck it all the Anniesland crew were pussies, partick could take them anyday.

theres trouble afoot in the mcdonalds world, one of the hardest bastards ever to walk the kitchen in crow road has defected to maryhill. i couldnt believe it, i was drunk and was taking a chance as it was going into the rival store and as i walked in i was confronted by some junkie in dining area.

i dont know if he knew my reputation from years gone by in a mcdonalds uniform in crow road or what but when he saw me he immdediately offered me a voucher from his wee jakie book. i opted for buy one get one free on quarter pounders, it was clearly the best voucher left in his desimated book which he had clearly been using all week to feed himself and his habit but he surrendered it none the less.

so i stagger to the till a bit wary of getting stitched up and try and avoid eye contact when all of a sudden i hear my name being mentioned and an old advisery that commanded so much respect in crow road that we wouldnt even fire tartar sauce at her was behind the counter. i was stunned, backing off at first but she wasnt going to go toe to toe with me by myself, theres no point, she knew i was out the game. i had too many banning orders hanging around my neck and i was risking some bird.

she wanted me to arrange a meet for next weekend with crow road. i might be out the game but she knew i still know the top boys and know how to organise a proper row.

and to rub salt in the wound i got two fucking hockey pucks that had clearly been in the production bin for half an hour. the cowboy bastards had also taken the mustard gun off AND took away the onions leaving me dehy's on my quarter.

i was so scraed after this ordeal i scrambled onto the bus and knowing she knew where i lived i stayed on the bus until i was in the heart of the drum (really due to steamed up windows and a skinful) before taking the back streets home and returning to safety.

i promised the mrs' i was out the game, i promised the kids i would be around until they were grown up but will this be the catalyst i need to get back into the underground of murder and mayonaise, get bck into THE REAL MCDONALDS FACTORIES!

Haha can't believe you bumped into some of the old school McDs managment at Maryhill. Did 'Face' utter the imortal words of 'gonna heavy dive the shakey n that nah.'

Face is a living legend, she is the ultimate wee bam turned manager who enjoys a McMunch round the back of the stock room. Face was nuts she could do the Partick delivery single handed within 1hr and still have time to suck off the delivery guy and cook and scrambled egg McMuffin by 10.30 (that was a feet never achieved by Milingavie and Anniesland)

She once told me the time she heavy took the head aff 2 junkies with a packet of caramel sauce. She said that they kept on asking for extra sause in their flurries but politely insistent that 1 scoop was enough and that it was gonna mess up the stock count for the close. They made the mistake of getting wide and face just lost her rag and the lobby bitch had to split up the fight.

Note - the "term lobby bitch" is used for a crew member who was pish in the kitchen and shite on the tills and so was hence forth bannished to clean tables and gut the toilets.

Hook me up for this night out!! We'll head down to the superbowl then heavy bam up the McDond's at Finnieston like the old school days!

Aye, a couple of squirts of Big Mac sauce on the sole of each foot and he was away. He was eating a handful of pickles and she got through a brace of egg McMuffins. Sordid.

Is it just coincidence you picked up on my two favourite ingredients at mcds, mac sauce and pickles. I used to take a bowl of mac sauce for my fries and i would lather pickles all over my burger when i made it.

Face ran a tight ship thats for sure, high ajaxing most nights and ajaxing legs and wheels every night (making the shiny stuff shine by using ajax). of course you had to do it properly otherwise there would be hell to pay, i blatently refused on the reason of being shite at it (even though i was heavy amazing) and was always made to full the fry station or dive all the filters and fireguards.

Ive never seen someone take so much pride in making burgers and keeping the place clean and tidy. Especially when all the reward was a shite pay packet, unpaid overtime and plukes all over her coupon.
