| Re: Committee meetings Also, If you are interested on keeping up with what's going on in the Union organisation side of things check: www.qmu.org.uk/getinvolved/
It's a blog that all the Convenors have access to - so you can check out committee details, info on big events, and social get-togethers.
Clubs and Socs can also post their QM-Related news if they wish. |

| Re: Committee meetings Just a reminder to everyone that the social committee meet every thursday at 5.30 in the board room, 3rd floor. Anyone is welcome along, whether to suggest new ideas (always a good thing) or suggest ways of improving our events.
This is your chance to choose what films to show at film night, write quiz rounds, mark at the quizzes, and much much more.
It's actually lots of fun and a good laugh!
Hope to see new folk on Thursday! |

Hope to see new folk on Thursday! | Couldn't think of anything fun to say about social then
Seriously though Social is probably, in my opinion, potentially the most exciting convenorship and committee there is. You can pretty much try anything whereas Ents. are confined to setting up for gigs and blowing up ballons. Campaigns by... well campaigning and publications by having to get stuff out by deadline.
