In the very brief good old days between now and the other time the QM ran at a ridiculous loss?

Here I wonder if the QM's debt correlates in any way with larger economic crisis? (Actually thinking about it, it obviously will, what might be more interesting is the drinking habits of economics students... hmmm....)

It amy have been brief, but it was fun

The QM's main financial grief is coming from the loss of half of the block grant, although the general trend of spending less isn't helping, I'm sure.
