When is UnPlugged on until? I haven't made it to many last year but I'd like to get along before the end of term to at least the last one. Seemingly it's been going well since the move, any news?

Unplugged usually finishes at around midnight at the moment. Come along there have been some interesting contributions from board members lately...

I think it was on up until exams last year. And I think it sometimes starts earlier than 10... and seems to go on until they run out of acts

I used to play every so often a few years back. On a quiet night i got up 4 times purely due to getting a free pint per song - a cheap night!

Actually it turns out that what ye get now is a wee ticket, like a raffle ticket, which ye take to the reception when ye'r leavin and they give ye a bottle of stella to take home with you. Something to do with licensing laws or some mad nonsense.

That makes a bit more sense - gving out capped bottles of Stella was always a but iffy.

It was much better back in the good ol' days when the QM could afford to give out pints for a song.
