Just to give everyone a heads up, in a mere 6 weeks, the solid will be 21 years old. (On the same day I'm 25!

In finest tradition we'll be going completely over the top in celebration.
Things booked up/happening so far...
* Limousine full of complimentary Champagne (real champagne mind!) will be ferrying folk we like about town on Friday night and all day Saturday getting you suitably merry.
* We'll be having a day of 1987 bar prices as a thank you to all our regular customers over the years. Obviously to stop every jakie in the town descending upon us this will be ticket/invite only, although myself or Kenny will be on the door all night and if we recognise your coupon, you'll probably be allowed in. This will probably be on Thursday the 25th.
* We'll be having our traditional top 100 countdown, probably on the Saturday (27th). With lots of fab prizes and the usual giveaways.
* Weather permitting there will be a barbeque running all weekend (regardless of weather!). Food will be free, although we will ask for an optional donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, a charity very close to our hearts.
* We've somehow acquired the use of a pipe band for the day (on Saturday I think) So if you're anywhere in the town centre you can probably enjoy that! A performance of AC/DC's "long way to the top" will be mandatory.
We're looking into hiring a band for the Sunday, more info to follow on that.
Prizes we have lined up so far are:

1x Trip of a lifetime type thing (no exact details on this, but this prize will be worth in the region of £4000-£5000)
4x £500 cash spot prize
Oh aye, we've got a 'Heeeeeeeeeere's Johnny' one of a kind hand painted in LA Leather jacket to give away as well. I'll get a pic up when I can. It's the SEX.
We're also having a look at getting a Solid liveried Scooter or Motorbike to give away.
Obviously a few of these prizes might change slighty as we iron out the minor details, but it's certainly a weekend not to be missed!
So get on the phones to your bosses and make sure you've got the whole of Friday and Monday (It's a bank holiday so you should be alright).
Arrange care for any kids and pets and come let your hair down!
