Regarding Music, it is forbidden in Islam due to its affection to people and their call for adultury and bad behavious. But there are many Muslim musican but I can't give you some names.
There is the Islamic nasheed wich has no music and talk about everything rahter than dirty words.
You know that we have certain traditions and our ears accept things you may not accept.

| Re: My visit to Madinah [quote=Yes, you are now allowed to enter both Makkah and Almadinah because they are religious city.
Islam is opened but now against its principles. No need to enter them both for non-Muslims!!
Thanks for this question, but I can't say rahter than that. As in Rome (Faticaan) we are not allowed to build Mosques as well.
No , it is true. These are religious cities and they are only for Muslims.[/QUOTE]
Sounds a bit strange if you ask me
but what do i know
surely it would be better to allow non muslims to these places, i'm not saying build churches or temples and the like
however allow tourists and the like to enjoy the citys beauty, and to learn of there history |

In Makkah and Madinah also it is prohibited to hunt animals or cut trees.
It is only for Muslims...

so wat your saying is depsite all this talk of islam being a religion of open minded peole, who are tollerent of other religions and races, its really just a pile of shit?
surely it would be in the muslim communitys best intrests to allow non muslims to visit such places in order for us to further understand your ways and customs ?
but i know this is not your decision
im just curious, do you agree with me on this point? |

im just curious, do you agree with me on this point? | Hi pal... This is not my words. This is what I have read. I think Islam meant those who want to come only not those who want to discover and get closer look... Prophet Mohammad had a Jewish neighbour !! he didn't ask him to leave Madina in that era!! I think there is certain detales need to be known about that. You should ask a scientist not me. What i found may mean living not visiting. In Islam, we should cover everything..
I read that some scholars in Islam didn't forbid that!! Those who forbid may had misunderstood the difference between living and visitng.. I need to get more knowledge in that... But believe me if there is a prevention, there is no relation to tolleration or hate. The matter is its sacredness and it is a city that is speciaized for religion... You should accept others believes not think it as a racism.

I dont mean hate as such, however I do think its a bad idea to say that certain places are for muslims only.
I am actually genuinley interested in religious history, so visiting such places would be a great thing for me i feel
i do appolagise if you find me questioning your vaules and laws as insulting
then again i could always just say that I'm muslcim and go
whos to say i'm not ? |

Thanks pal for your kindness. This is something not known from the Islamic position. Muslims go to Makkah and Madinah to pray and worship. It is the same as schools. In Australia, I wanted to go to a school and they told me that I am not allowed to go unless certain conditions!! I realized that there are certain things that if I pushed my curiosity their, students wouldn't learn. Islam knew that with people who wanted to visit there would be people want to do rather than visiting. For example, some Muslims have their own believe that is not from Islam and may kill the Immam (the man who people follow during prayers). So I think that there are things more important than visiting. That is something rather than the Islamic wisdom.
Being a Muslim or sasying (I am a Muslim) stop people from preventing you even in wars!!! How about comming to Madinah!!?? Islam teaches us to respect words and respect people. Thanks for your kindness pal. Quote:

Saudi Arabia | Yes. He is his father. Osama means lion and his name is Osama Mohamad Awad bin Laden. But Osama lived as a poor man because he wanted to be strong and patient !!. He was rich but he didn't think of money as a way to live better than others!!
