We already travel through time. Going forward only. We dictated daily how fast, or how slow we go through time. When we are doing monotonous tasks that are familiar with and have no interest in, then time drags. This is because or brain and thought processess slow down and it is this drives us through time.

Another thing that slows time down is learning new things or experiences, a reason that we remember long hot summers as children when everything was new and we filled each moment. As we grow the experiences become familiar and we move on quicker.

So we cant reverse time but we can slow it down by embracing new ideas and thoughts and regularly breaking out of our comfort zone

You could also slow down time by not replacing the battery in your clock when it starts to slow down and lose a few minutes every hour.........That way you will actually have approximately 63 minutes in every hour compared to 60 minutes in every hour...thus slowing time down.

You can also reverse time by using the little black wheel on the back of your clock to 'turn back the hours', thus effectively reversing time.

You can also stop time by completely removing the battery from your clock, resulting in the hands 'stopping' and no longer moving, thus stopping time.
