what an absurd thing for dawkins to say that any person who holds religious beliefs is "in the same camp as" people who discredit evolution along the idiotic lines he cites, or condone the violent/misogynistic practices he refers to.
and decrying the idea that people produce the "trump card" of faith makes little sense to me also - that sometimes is used in the context of "we can't prove it but we don't need to so we won't try and you have to accept that" but it's by no means necessarily a roadblock to enquiry, far from it.
