| Re: going to the gym I used to go to Pro Life but now I'm a Glasgow Club member and tend to frequent Bellahouston 3-5 times a week (mostly for Combat and Pump classes).

I fancy a swim so I might head down sometime soon.

| Re: going to the gym I do my fitness at Bannatynes in Ayr and my MMA at Wossobama in Ayr.
Currently getting about 4 to 5 mma classes in and cardio and fitness in during the day.

Usually go monday,wednesday and friday evenings,
go for a wee bit of cardio then hit the nautilas(sp)
aye the better get the showers situation sorted pronto
