One thing a think they should have done is put a few macs in the place. Would help when u have submit work in a mac format.

If there's anywhere there should be labs where it can be accessed - I really can't see there being too many courses, so not enough to warrant changing the system. Incidentally the Hub uses Macs, but I doubt they use the same system.

Ah, the saltire centre. i'm glad I graduated before that shithole properly opened...where are all the desks where you can sit quietly (!) and read a book (!!) that you've selected from a shelf youself (!!!) Had CLIC stayed open and left the Saltire Centre as a mostly computer and group learning space and CLIC as a private and silent study space, I think the whole thing would have worked out much finer. | |
