Help with Marketing plan

Well long story short i am new to my uni and the rest of the class have known each other for a year and a half, so when it comes to groups i am sorta left out. So i have a marketing plan and presentation to do that is for 3 to 5 people and i have to go it alone basically i have to do a 10 min presentation and hand in a marketing plan including the following

• Details of your target market. This can include demographics and lifestyle markets if appropriate
• The key messages you are hoping to impart
• Marketing and promotional strategies
• Details of the competition and a SWOT analysis of your position compared to their position
• Your USP
• Marketing goals
• A media plan with details of audience reach
• Details of how you plan to evaluate the success of your marketing campaign

Anyone got any hints and tips to make me do this quicker.

I am not really sure how to structure this. Basically some paragraphs, bullet points and some marketing ideas?

*Edit* i keep saying business plan its a bloody marketing plan!

Lloyds TSB Business Plan was pretty good you can pick it up at branches and probably online or something.

Yeah look for the business gateway business plan, I had to use it over summer and it's quite straightforward.

You should really go and talk to the rest of your group tho and tell them to get their arses in gear as well

Ive treid for 2 weeks to get a group even the lecturer to help me get a group but apprently thats not her job. This is due tuesday so no time to get a group so i am on my own

And yeah its a marketing plan not a business plan lol should of read the question better

A good few weeks. But no one told me about groups as i was off the day the assesment was mentioned i went to the class for the next couple of weeks and no one mentioned it and when i tried to get a group none were avalible. I hate being the new kid lol
