| Suggestion: Alternative Person of the Month.
Was reading LesMTS thread about his gentleman's club's 'gentleman of the month' and asking for suggestions and thought it could be a pretty cool thing to try out on AltNation.
Perhaps something like suggestions the first two weeks of the month, then narrowed down to a poll the second two weeks and then a letter is written off to them with some questions to the ' winner' and if they reply it can be made into an AltNation interview for the front page. Can even get some comedy options in there like Smeaton and get the site profile up a bit more.
Or, not, if it's a terrible idea. |

I'd vote for JG Thirlwell, currently exhibiting a selection of his sculptures in Ostersund, Sweden and finished a brief tour with the Manorexia orchestra and Lemur (His army of robotic self-playing instruments). Also currently soundtracking season 3 of the Venture Bros.
