I think im totally desensitised to everything on here, I know Ross is just a windup merchant.

Maybe do need to be a bit more careful with new folks, who dont know that certain people just live to wind everyone else up.

Bit ott to leave though.

I believe you know what abuse is. Report the users if they're harassing you. I've seen people banned for less, as recently as last night funnily enough. Though you really shouldn't have to put "Do not lean on Forbes last fucking nerve" into the rules for it to be obvious.

If i constantly did it then id fully expect to be banned over it, thats what i find the problem, yes we all have wee jibes about each other but I'm getting pig sick of it.

If you download that and alter it, then surely, it is the person who MADE the images property rather than the person who took either of the originals?

All seems a bit O.O.T. and ridiculous, IMO.

I'm not sure that "you grant AltNation..." includes or implies "you grant registered users of Altnation..."

What possibly is true is that if it's a photo of him, he didn't take it himself, in which case the copyright wouldn't likely belong to him...

That's kinda beside the point though, in reality it's not the legal requirements, but rather trying to be nice and fair that should probably guide us in the first instance rather than waiting for letters from lawyers to drop onto Forbes' doormat.

Nah, it's still the original image creator's property. If you post an image here, us lot can alter it to our hearts' content(As per the Community Standards), and we're given another level of protection by the fact that we're not doing it for a) profit, or b) the detriment of anyone else's profit.
