a few questions:

1 - What use does it serve
2 - How do you find out who has affected your reputation and it what way
3 - How many people do I have to give reputation to before I can do papa zeb again to make up for saying I hate him and giving him negative
4 - Perhaps you should be able to give someone 1 positive & 1 negative before it disallows you from doing it again
5 - that last one wasn't a question and neither is this
