I got my wrist tattoo done at Terry's in town and they were happy to do it. I got my wrist tattooed all the way round. The underneath was definitely the nippiest out of the two sides, but was still nowhere near as sore as my ankle/leg tattoo. It's the sort of pain you easily forget once you see the final product.
