I got a burst eardrum as a roundabout effect of it, I'd say that's pretty unique to tragus piercings.

Messed up tragus piercings.. I know one girl I used to live with, who'd had her tragus done a few times and one of the last times she had to take it out coz it was falling out coz the piercer hadnt actually pierced the cartiledge, but had just pierced the skin (if that makes sense)..
I know I was annoyed with one of mine coz it was done slightly squint with a bar.. live and learn.. I wont go there again..

you cant really fuck it up really... can you?
it all depends whether your body takes to it, you cant blame a peircer if your body's like"wtf get this out me" and rejects or has salt deposits reallly

its a good peircing but, i have both mine done. at first they didn't look to healthy but if you look after them they heal nicely

no, but I would blame a piercer for doing it squint, putting ill fitting jewellery in, bad placement, poor piercing practise, and general incompetence.

and yes, you can really fuck it up.

I never really had any problems with mine, except that I can't get the hoop out. It's really small and my fingers are too big to get a good enough grip on it to unscrew the ball.

Mines was ok. Took over a year to heal properly and started to reject ever so slightly but it's stopped now. It's shallower than I'd like but it's the best looking out of all my ear piercings.

It's fine now.


Just be in for a good while of healing time and a risk of hypertrophic scarring (I'm extremely prone to it with my cart piercings). Though everyone is different.
