how long roughly before you can stretch it?

going into get my other lobe pierced today so i can stretch it to match the other side of my nut, but how long do you think i need to wait before i can start?

If you go to a decent piercer they should be able to stretch it somewhat as you get it pierced. How big is your other side?
If you have to wait, wait a month after it stops weeping as that's a sign it's completely healed.

Where you getting it pierced? There's no reason you can't get it pierced (or pierced and stretched) to 4mm initially.

just the old standard middle of the ear lobe.

does that mean it won't shrink back tho if i take it out?

I meant what piercer. If it gets pierced and stretched it has almost the same chance as shrinking back.
