You were talking about it, and your tone seemed to suggest you were being forced into making a quick decision. Either way, I suspect you're just one of those madskulls for whom getting any old shite anywhere is of no real consequence, so getting a regrettable tattoo on your wrist at 22 isn't really a big deal anyway.
