How long have you been using the Bepanthn for?
2 to 3 days is usually enough, especially if you've had a reaction to the ink. The Bep can irritate your skin if too much is applied or if you use it for too long.
You could try washing it in fairly hot water, patting it dry, letting it rest for 10 mins or so then putting a small amount of Palmers cocoa butter on it (twice a day hould be fine).
This worked for me when I had a reaction to red.

its getting better. ive stopped using anything on it. its pretty dry, but thats just the rash healing so im leaving it be and hoping in a week or so i can show it off
