| Nipple piercing - pain?
I got my nipple pierced when i was 21, its never bothered me regarding pain but last night it started hurting. The pain is quite sharp and constant and im quite concerned, ive not caught it on anything and i've checked it, its not infected. Anyone got any ideas??

i had mine in for years. Had to take it out last year for scans and it was a little sore. There was a bit of a build up inside the nipple, not pus but general gunk had formed and gone a little hard.
I hadn't moved it for months and it was a little sore as the gunk had gone hard and kind irritated it when i moved it | |

novel idea, take it out and make sure it's clean. treat it like a new piercing for a few days and it should be fine.
your nipple tissue is very different to most other things you'd get pierced so is more susceptable to flare ups and pain. | |

1/2 of cooled boiling water
1/4 teaspoon of ROCK salt.
soak it with a bit of tissue paper first for around 10secs then clean each side of the piercing with different cotton buds.
Im a terrible healer, but this works a treat especially with the rock salt.

meant to say if you can afford to feel a bit stupid put the hairdyer on "cool" and give it a blast when you come out the shower etc.
